I created Cultiv8 Leadership from a place of lived experience, a blend of professional insight and personal growth through life’s many tests and turning points.

Those experiences taught me compassion, courage and the deep human capacity to learn, heal and grow. They also showed me what happens when leadership loses its humanity, and how powerful it becomes when leaders choose empathy, integrity and courage instead.

​

Over time, I’ve come to see how leadership shapes everything: culture, wellbeing, safety and the way people show up, not just at work but in our community, within themselves and within life. That understanding drives my passion for helping others grow through self-awareness, mindset and authentic, intentional leadership.

My work is grounded in personal development, mental health and wellbeing principles, as well as psychosocial safety. Guided by a simple belief, that everyone deserves to thrive, to live and lead in alignment with their values, wellbeing and true self.

This philosophy inspired the Cultiv8 Leadership: 8 Branches of Growth Framework, blending inner growth with practical tools to help people and teams build capability, confidence and genuine connection.

Leadership, culture and safety extend far beyond the workplace. They live in our schools, sporting clubs and community groups, because leaders aren’t only found in titles or teams. They’re in our teachers, coaches, parents, communities, athletes and the next generation.

Through Cultiv8 Leadership, I’m committed to nurturing leadership in all its forms, the kind that grows from self-awareness, empathy and the courage to make a difference, wherever you are on your path.
