Heat, Stress & Hazards: Safety in a Changing Climate

As Australia’s climate grows hotter and more unpredictable, so do the challenges faced by frontline workers, supervisors, and safety leaders.

Heat, Stress & Hazards explores the real-world impact of environmental change on health, safety, and wellbeing, from heat stress and fatigue to decision-making under pressure.

This workshop combines physical safety, mental health, and leadership responsibility, helping participants recognise the signs of risk, plan effective controls, and build team resilience through proactive leadership.
