Life in Balance:
Thriving as a Working Parent

Life in Balance supports working parents to navigate the complex blend of work, family, identity, and wellbeing.

This workshop acknowledges the mental load, emotional labour, decision fatigue, and daily pressures faced by parents trying to juggle both worlds.

Using compassionate understanding and practical frameworks, participants learn how to create healthier rhythms, set boundaries, communicate needs, reduce guilt, and build sustainable habits that support both personal and family wellbeing.

This is a workshop grounded in empathy, realism, and empowerment - not perfection.
