The Stress Reset helps participants understand the science of stress and the tools to manage it: physically, mentally, and emotionally.

 

Through practical exercises and mindset work, this workshop reframes stress as a signal for growth rather than burnout.

 

Participants will explore how to recognise triggers, reset their nervous system, and cultivate resilience through awareness, balance, and self-regulation.

  • Half-Day Workshop (3.5 hours): Stress awareness, reflection, and reset techniques

  • Full-Day Workshop (7 hours): Deep-dive into self-awareness, practical regulation, and applied wellbeing tools
