Seasons of Strength explores the unique emotional, physical, and psychological experiences women navigate across different stages of life. From early adulthood to career growth, motherhood, identity shifts, hormonal changes, and the often-unspoken weight of invisible labour.

Through reflection, shared conversation, and gentle exploration, this workshop helps women understand themselves more deeply, honour their changing needs, and reconnect with their inner resilience.

 

Participants learn practical tools for balance, boundaries, self-leadership, and wellbeing, while creating space for empowerment, compassion, and community.

  • Full Day (7 hours): Expands into personal reflection, practical planning, and supportive connection circles
